INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 1 well ripe big mango
• 180g of unsweetened yogurt
• 20cl of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 15cl of still water
• 1 tablespoon of brown rhum
• 1 tablespoon of white sugar
• 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
• 1 lemon
Cookware: knive, blender, 4 dessert bowls

1. Peel and cut the mango in big dices
2. Put the mango dices, the yogurt, coconut milk, lemon juice, water and sugar in the blender
3. Mix it to a homogeneous mixture
4. Keep it cool
5. Cot the 4 dessert bowls rims with brown rhum and grated coconut
6. Frost the bowls

PRESENTATION
7. Pour the gazpacho in the frozen bowls
8. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a straw, as for a cocktail
