Raymonde Chandebise suspects her husband of adultery. She sets a trap for him by meeting him anonymously at the Hôtel du Minet-Galant. Mr. Chandebise answers the call by sending his faithful friend Tournel there, but he does not know that the room boy, Poche, is his double.
