For the fourth year in a row, Le Bistrot is taking part in Goût de France, a gastronomic event celebrating the vitality of French cuisine! Every year, on March 21, Goût de France honors French gastronomy in more than 150 countries over 5 continents. Each menu highlights all the diversity of French cuisine, as well as its values: a cuisine using less fat, sugar and salt, careful of healthy eating and the environment, and vegetables and cereals given a pride of place at the table.
